<p>Our next Wine Club event is approaching! We have the pleasure of hosting guest speaker Daniele Pelassa owner/winemaker of Pelassa Vineyards.</p>
<p>Daniele carries out the wine making at his parent’s vineyard founded in 1960. Located in Monta d’Alba, the vineyard holds to the tradition of the Roero region’s typical wine style. Although the Pelassa winery maintains mostly traditional methods, modern techniques are being integrated to allow expansion in today’s market. Join us to learn more about Piedmont’s “ romantic” wines from an award winning wine producer.</p>
<p>The event will be held at Trattoria Marcella on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 from 6-7:45 pm. The cost is $20 per person which includes the tasting of five wines and antipasto.</p>

2011 San Vito Roero Arneis<br />
2010 Bricco Enrichetta ( Langhe blend of Barbera and Nebbiolo)<br />

1 qt. Chicken Stock<br />
1 ½ Cups Polenta<br />
½ Cup 40% Whipping Cream<br />
¼ Cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated<br />

<p>Directions:<br />
